                                                          DID YOU KNOW???

3 hours per day is more appropriate when
greater achievement gains are desirable !

Only activities that will improve achievement
                                    count as instructional time !

                           Instruction needs to emphasize the
                                    4  Framework components !

The 4 Framework components are equally
important --- They require the same
instruction emphasis at every grade level !

Engaged learning activities are preferred !

Ways need to be found to increase  learning
                                opportunities outside school!

Ongoing assessment is essential to student
                                                    and program success !
