AN ONLINE CLASSROOM, WHY?

Why not? As our world becomes increasingly more connected, it is important for us to encourage our students to connect, too. As an educational tool, a website and all of its connections helps students connect to teachers, to each other, to their community, to the past, to the future, to the world.

The idea for this is mine, but students have played a vital role in bringing it to life. They have contributed photos, text, ideas and insight. As the site develops, I hope to involve more students and hope that this site begins to emerge as an environment as viable and animate as our brick and mortar home at 63rd and Stony Island.
