Dear Parents of Room 208,
Welcome to the 2002-2003 School Year at William C. Reavis Math/Science Specialty School.
Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself to those parents who do not know me. My name
is Mr. P. Uresy and I will be your child`s teacher. I am looking forward to a productive and fun year
working with you and your child.Our goal here at Reavis is to have every student reach his or her highest
academic potential.
As you probably know all students are required to take the ITBS test in early May. We will be working
hard so your child will achieve his/her highest score possible.The beginning of the school year is usually an
exciting time for students. It is important that your child comes to school prepared on the first day.All students
should be in uniform white shirt or blouse and blue pants or skirt. Students should also have pens,pencils and
paper.
I will be keeping in touch with you throughout the school year and hope to meet with you soon.We will be
hosting Open house shortly and I hope to see you there. Again, welcome to our new school year --a year
that promises to be fun and productive. All children can learn.
