Revisiting Bookmarks

When a bookmark is saved it is stored on the hard drive.  Stored are the page title, the site's URL, and date information.

To Revisit a Site:

  • Click BOOKMARKS on the toolbar menu. (On a Mac open the Bookmarks Menu)
  • Scroll to the URL you saved and release.
  • This will open the page in the browser.
NOTE:  One can readily see the advantage of saving a site you plan to revisit.  Short URLs like Yahoo.com can be typed in quickly.  A long URL, such as the one you were asked to enter, takes more time, and is susceptible to typing errors.  One error may cause the URL not to open.  This will necessitate having to locate the error and correct it before the site can be opened.
