WIT Homeroom Module:
E-Mail Use

Developed by Heather Meunier, Christie Thomas, Ellen Dairyko, and Michelle Warden

Are you new to e-mail?  If so, start with our self-guided Tutorials.  Here you will learn how set up your email account, send messages, read incoming messages, and personalize your account.

Once you have completed the tutorials, move on to the Activities section.  Here you can apply what you learn by signing up for a mailing list, e-mailing your friends, and reading messages others have sent you.

Now that you have mastered e-mail, explore other On-Line Resources to personalize your e-mails with smiley faces :), popular e-mail lingo (e.g. LOL for laughing out loud), or simply look up those ambigous "technical" words.

If you are a teacher and would like to use this module with your class, visit the Teacher's Guide for instructional hints.
