This on-line tutorial has an interactive screen which lets you receive help in the area you need and skip over the areas you do not.  Unfortunately, this also means you may miss something you don't know you need!  Also, the larger the screen the easier it is to use the tutorial.

Provided by the SUNY Institute of Technology, this tutorial is comprehensive and is divided into three sections for the novice, intermediate, and advanced Pine users.  We recommend starting at the novice level because even some of the more saavy Pine users learned a few new tips here.
