Welcome to Searching the Web!How many times have you sat in front of the computer only to realize that you have just squandered countless hours and you never even got the information that you're searching for? No, you're not the problem! The problem lies in the way you "look" for information on the web. There is simply too much stuff out there and it would take so much time to sort out the good information and to ignore the other stuff that you don't actually need. This module is designed to help you acquire skills in effective searching techniques so the next time you want to look up stuff, you'll get exactly what you want in the shortest amount of time possible. Happy Surfing! You might want to get some handouts before you begin.
