Orientation for WIT will be held on Monday, June 18.
Two sessions will be held, one at 9:30 for participants in the morning session, and one at 1:30 for participants in the afternoon session. We expect these orientations to take about two hours; after which participants will meet in sectional groups with the mentors, ending about 1 pm and 5 pm.
The orientation is MANDATORY for WIT participants. If anyone misses the orientation, their spot in WIT will be given to someone else, unless prior arrangements have been made with the WIT Director, Craig Cunningham.
The orientation sessions will be held in the Donnelly Biological Sciences Learning Center, 924 E. 57th Street, room 001. A Map showing this building is availalable here.
Topics to be covered during the orientation:
After the orientation, participants will meet with their mentors and discuss the specific curriculum and expectations of each section. Regular WIT classes begin June 19.
