About WIT 2003

WIT 2003 Curriculum
"What we learned from this study is that WIT does an excellent
job of individualizing instruction. Because WIT manages to provide
a flexible and supportive environment for teachers at all levels of
proficiency, success in WIT 2002 was not generally sensitive to participants’ levels
of initial preparation or overall motivation. ... If professional development
generally were able to individualize instruction the way that WIT does,
the whole system would be vastly more efficient and effective."
