Stipend request form

Use this form to request a stipend from CPS if you are a CPS employee but any of the following apply:

  • you are not full time
  • you are not fully certified
  • you are not in a teacher position
  • you have no guaranteed job secured for the coming academic year

This form is not necessary if you are full time, certified, in a teacher position, with a teacher position lined up for September. Contact Craig with questions.

Note that principals, assistant principals, and central office personnel cannot receive a stipend.
