Tuition Assistance and Incentives
Available for CPS Teachers

 

The Chicago Public Schools has agreed to offer a large number of paid (that's "free" for you) spots in WIT to full-time, certified teachers in CPS. (These paid spots are not available to ESPs or full-time subs.)

Also, JUST ANNOUNCED: CPS teachers who successfully complete WIT and required follow-up activities will receive a $1000 stipend!

If you wish to be eligible for the CPS tuition assistance, you will need to submit the results of your COSA Tech Assessment with your application materials. Please click here for more details on this requirement.

You can also pay the tuition yourself or get your school principal to agree to pay some or part of your tuition out of school discretionary funds.
