3. You will have a full day of hands on instruction. Get started with Using the Internet in the Classroom. The aim of this module is as follows:

The purpose of this module is to persuade educators that using the Internet can positively affect student learning.

4. You will use Netscape Composer to create web pages. If you would like to have Netscape on your home computer, please let a mentor know. The aim for this module is as follows:

The aim of this module is to provide participants with the knowledge and basic skills they need in order to use Netscape Composer 7.0 successfully. If participants read and follow instructions and more importantly practice the activities assigned, they will be able to create web pages for educational use.
