  1. Look over some examples of web pages.

  2. Use the planning worksheet to help plan for your web page. It is located here.

  3. Select a purpose for your page.

  4. Choose your audience.

  5. Decide which items you would like to include in your web page.

  6. List links that you will include in your web page.

  7. Choose a plan for organization or navigation scheme.

  8. Storyboard your web page using a template. Templates can be found here.

  9. Using the above information, start to create your web page.

  10. Publish your pages.

  11. Proofread your site. Try all the links to make sure they work correctly. Your web page should be professional in appearance with no spelling and grammatical errors.

  12. Keep your web site updated. Review the FTP module if needed.
