Conclusion

Congratulations! You've just completed your WebQuest WebQuest. You've learned about the components, the process, and the evaluation of WebQuests.

Reflecting on your WebQuest experience, have you met these module goals?

  • Could you create a brief presentation about how to use WebQuests to integrate technology into your curriculum?
    • Can you locate and evaluate existing WebQuests?
    • Can you show an example of a WebQuest that you could use with your students?
    • Is there an existing WebQuest you'd like to modify for your class?

Perhaps you've put in that "extra effort" you encourage from your students...and you've exceeded this module's expectations. You're ready to create your own WebQuest!

You might want to refer again to this WebQuest evaluation rubric.

You can learn about creating your own WebQuest using this page available on Bernie Dodge's WebQuest home page: http://webquest.sdsu.edu/designsteps/index.html.
