Note: participants in the morning and afternoon digital video workshops must arrange their own transportation to and from the BSLC. Bus service is NOT provided for these participants.

Schedule for the Day (July 18)

9:00 Morning Digital Video Workshop (for registered particpants only in BSLC 240).

10:30 Iota, Epsilon, and Lambda sections picked up (BUS A) at corner of 64th and University (Wadsworth); Gamma section picked up (BUS B) at Robinson; Theta section begins walk to BSLC.

10:45 Iota, Epsilon, and Lambda sections dropped off at BSLC (57th and Ellis); Alpha section picked up (BUS B) at Kozminski

11:00 Gamma and Alpha sections dropped off at BSLC (57th and Ellis; XI section walks upstairs to BSLC 109

11:15 Beginning of morning plenary address

12:30 Lunch arrives at BSLC

1:00 Alpha and Gamma sections picked up (BUS B) at BSLC (57th and Ellis); Epsilon, Iota and Lambda sections picked up (BUS A) at BSLC (57th and Ellis); Kappa and Delta sections arrive at BSLC

1:15 Alpha section dropped off at Kozminski; Beta section picked up (BUS B) at Kozminski; Epsilon, Iota and Lambda sections dropped off at 64th and University (Wadsworth); Eta, Nu and Zeta sections picked up (BUS A) at 64th and University (Wadsworth)

1:30 Gamma section dropped off at Robinson; Eta, Nu and Zeta sections dropped off at BSLC

1:45 Beta section dropped off at BSLC (57th and Ellis)

2:00 Beginning of afternoon plenary address

3:15 Beta section picked up (BUS B) at BSLC (57th and Ellis); Nu, Eta and Zeta sections picked up (BUS A) at BSLC (57th and Ellis)

3:15 Beginning of afternoon Digital Video workshop.

3:30 Beta section dropped off at Kozminski; Nu, Eta, Zeta sections dropped off at 64th and University (Wadsworth)

5:15 End of afternoon digital video workshop. (Participants find their own way home.
