Your friend James sells music CDs to a number of kids in your neighborhood. Recently your principal found out that James was selling CDs and has warned him and his parents that if he continues, his case will be turned over to the proper authorities and he risks a fine for breaking copyright law. Since you and your friends think that buying custom-made CDs from James for $5 is a great deal, you decide to try and figure out just what copyright law is all about.
