Implementation Guide

I foresee no problems in implementing my curriculum web. My school, Harper High School, has many problems. Fortunately computers is not one of them.

There will be two main avenues of student delivery. My classroom has six internet connected computers. My class size, by February, is around 20 to 23 students. My classes are conducted on block scheduling, so I am lucky tobe with my students for one hundred minute periods. My web, with its numerous activities, both on and off line, is perfectly suited to this schedule.

In the unfortunate instance that my classroom is an unacceptable site for the delivery of this program I will make use of my school's computer lab. I am always able to reserve this room with a two day advance notice. Working in the lab has the added benefit that another instructor will be available to assist the students and me.

The schedule for this activity will be February, 2004. This coincides with Black History Month and CPS's program of study for English II.
